A steel structure greenhouse is a durable, cost-effective, and versatile solution for modern agriculture.The construction of a steel structure greenhouse mainly includes the following steps:

  1. First, constructing a steel-structure greenhouse requires arranging several liftable, foldable, and expandable film-supporting units linearly on a level ground. These units are secured together by connecting crossbars.

  2. Each film-supporting unit includes a foldable frame, a telescoping mechanism, and support rods. The telescoping mechanism has symmetrically arranged support rods on both sides, while the foldable frame is symmetrically installed on either side of the telescoping mechanism and connected to it via the support rods.

  3. The foldable frame consists of vertical columns, connecting rods, and crossbars. The top of each vertical column is hinged to one end of a connecting rod, while the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to one end of a crossbar. The crossbar extends a baffle plate at its connection with the connecting rod. The other end of the crossbar is hinged to one side of the top of a support column. The vertical columns, connecting rods, and crossbars are foldable relative to each other.

  4. The telescoping mechanism comprises a pillar, a connecting column, a support column, a motor reducer, gears, and an electrical control box.The upper section of the pillar is fitted with a connecting columnThe base end of the support column has a rack gear on one side, which extends into the pillar through the connecting column and meshes with the gears.The main shaft of the gears passes through the side wall of the pillar and connects to the output shaft of the motor reducer.

  5. The electrical control box operates the motor reducer to start, stop, and reverse rotation, driving the gears to rotate forward or backward. This, in turn, causes the support column to move upward or downward, achieving the telescoping function.

  6. When the connecting rod unfolds until it is blocked by the baffle plate and cannot extend further, it is secured by fastening the support rod with bolts, thereby linking the connecting rod and the pillar. This provides stable support to the connecting rod, completing the deployment and rigid fixation of the foldable frame.

Thus, the steel-structure greenhouse achieves rapid assembly and disassembly, significantly improving construction efficiency while reducing labor requirements. This streamlined process saves both time and costs, making the system highly efficient and economical.
