The base covers an area of 50 mu, with 10 intelligent greenhouses built, mainly growing vegetables such as tomatoes and cucumbers. The base adopts a complete set of intelligent greenhouse control systems to realize full automatic regulation of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, light, water, and fertilizer. At the initial stage of the project construction, it received a 30% investment subsidy from the local government and enjoyed the corporate income tax reduction and exemption policy. Through intelligent management, the annual output of tomatoes in the base reached 9,000 kilograms per mu, an increase of 60% compared with traditional greenhouses; the annual output of cucumbers reached 8,500 kilograms per mu, an increase of 55% compared with traditional greenhouses. Due to the excellent quality of agricultural products, the base has signed long-term supply agreements with many large supermarkets. The price of tomatoes is 16 yuan per kilogram, and the price of cucumbers is 12 yuan per kilogram. The average annual output value per mu reaches 130,000-140,000 yuan. After deducting costs, the average net profit per mu reaches 70,000-80,000 yuan, and the annual net profit of the 50-mu base reaches 3.5-4 million yuan, with an investment return period of only 1.8 years. In addition, through the "base + farmer" model, the base has driven more than 200 surrounding farmers to develop intelligent greenhouse planting, providing technical guidance and production and marketing docking services to help rural revitalization.
Case 2: An Intelligent Greenhouse Flower Cultivation Base in Kunming, Yunnan
The base focuses on the cultivation of rare flowers such as roses and lilies, with 20 intelligent greenhouses built, covering a total area of 30 mu. The base uses an intelligent greenhouse system to precisely control the flower growth environment, realizing the annual flowering of roses and lilies, of which off-season flowering flowers account for 60%. Through intelligent water and fertilizer management and green pest and disease control technologies, the survival rate of flowers reaches more than 98%, and the quality is far superior to traditional cultivation methods. The price of off-season roses can reach 8-10 yuan per stem, 5-6 yuan higher than that in the peak season; the price of off-season lilies can reach 15-20 yuan per stem, 10-12 yuan higher than that in the peak season. The base cultivates 5 million stems of flowers annually, with an annual output value of more than 40 million yuan and an average net profit per mu of 250,000-300,000 yuan, with an investment return period of only 2 years. At the same time, through the online and offline combined sales model, the base's products are sold to major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, and also exported to Southeast Asian countries, further expanding the market space.
